3/4 cup	low-fat cream cheese
2 tbl	fat-free milk
2 tbl	egg substitute
	salt, pepper, dash red pepper
3 tbl	finely chopped green onion
1 x	6 oz can crab meat, drained and rinsed

Instructions:

Instructions: Heat oven to 350. Combine first four ingredients and beat at low speed.

Stir in meat and onion. Coat each wrapper with cooking spray, and spoon 1 tsp. Mixture into center. Bring corners to center and seal. Coat each wrapper with cooking spray. Place on cooking sheet coated with spray, bake for 20 minutes.
