Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
1 tsp	Unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup	Cold water
2 pkt	(8-oz) cream cheese, softened
2 tbl	Sherry
1 jar	(2-oz) chopped pimento, drained
1 can	Crab meat, drained
1 tsp	Lemon juice
1/8 tsp	Black pepper

Instructions:

Instructions: Sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Stir over hot water until dissolved. In mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add melted gelatin, sherry, salt, pimento & remaining ingredients. Pour into a 3-cup mold that has been greased or sprayed. Chill until set & serve with crackers.
