Instructions: Cut artichoke stem and top third of leaves and discard. Boil for 25-40 min. in salted water with a tsp. of lemon juice. Its done when an outer leaf pulls out easily.
Drain well upside down. When cool enough to handle, press leaves back gently and scrape out choke with a spoon. Chill. Mix rest of ingredients and place on artichoke. Email this Recipe:
