36 whl mushrooms
1 tbl butter
1 tbl minced onions
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 can crabmeat drained, flaked
1 tbl snipped parsley
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/3 cup mayonnaise
Instructions:
Instructions: Wash and dry mushrooms. Remove and chop stems. Melt butter in small skillet; add onion, mushroom stems, salt and pepper and cook until tender. Spoon into mushroom caps. Combine remaining ingredients. Top each mushroom with the crab mixture. Bake in a 375 oven about 15 minutes. Serve hot.

Yield 36 appetizers.
