2 x bars of cream cheese (8 oz each) softened
1 x 16oz container of sour cream
1 lb crab meat picked over
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 x 12oz jar of artichoke hearts
4 x spring onions
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Chop artichoke hearts and spring onions. Mix remaining ingredients ( I use a mixer) and add veggies -bake in casserole dish @ 350 for about 45 minutes or until heated through. Serve with crackers or sliced toasted baguette.
