2 green onions
minced
2 tablespoons Dijon Vinaigrette
fresh parsley
for garnish
8 slices crusty French bread - cut into halves

Instructions:
Combine crab, artichoke hearts, and green onion; chill. Just before serving, toss with Dijon Vinaigrette. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with crusty French bread.
