Instructions: Heat oil in Dutch over or other oven proof fish. Saute celery, onion, carrot, mushroom and green pepper until onion is transparent. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Let simmer 5 minutes. Remove bay leaf. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350 F. Serve over noodles. 6 Servings
