300 gm linguine or spaghetti
25 gm butter
250 gm mascarpone
200 gm crabmeat
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook the pasta and drain well.

Meanwhile melt the butter in a saucepan then add the mascarpone and crab.

Heat gently over a low heat stirring until very warm.

Remove from the heat add the dill and season to taste. (If you are adding seaweed do not add any salt).

To serve stir the crab mixture into the drained pasta toss and serve.

This recipe is enhanced by the addition of some superhealthy seaweed. Tesco now sells dulse at $1.99 a punnet. Rinse thoroughly to remove the salt then toss a handful into this dish. Use either all whitc crabmeat or twothirds white to one third brown meat.
