Instructions: Blend the crab meat, soy sauce, sesame oil and salad onion together.
Spread evenly over the four slices of bread. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the crab and gently press them into place. Heat a wok or deep pan until it is hot, then add the oil. Heat until it is very hot, then place one slice of bread in the oil paste-side down in the oil and fry for about 3 minutes. Turn the bread over and continue to fry for another minute or until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon, drain on kitchen paper and keep warm while frying the remaining crab toasts.
