Instructions: Cook rice according to directions. Combine rice, crabmeat, shrimp, peas, onions and pimiento. Stir lightly. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Stir into crab mixture. Cover and chill. Serve on lettuce leaves. Garnish with tomatoes.
