Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 x # crab meat or smoked salmon, lightly flaked
1 x Teas green onion, finely minced
1/4 x # cream cheese at room temp
1/2 x teas steak sauce
1/4 x teas garlic powder or 2 cloves minced garlic
1 x # won ton wrappers
1 x beaten eggs, or 2 egg whites
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine crab meat or smoked salmon, green onion, cream cheese, steak sauce
& garlic. Place 1/2 teas of mixture in the center of won ton wrapper, fold square over to form a triangle. Lightly brush the center w/ beaten egg.

Bring opposite corners together & press gently, so the filling will be secure. Place oil in pan, (preferably a wok) & heat to 375 F for deep frying. Deep-fry one puff & adjust heat downwards if necessary. Fry the rest of the puffs until delicately brown, less than 2 minutes. Serve hot.
