Instructions: Combine crab meat or smoked salmon, green onion, cream cheese, steak sauce
& garlic. Place 1/2 teas of mixture in the center of won ton wrapper, fold square over to form a triangle. Lightly brush the center w/ beaten egg. Bring opposite corners together & press gently, so the filling will be secure. Place oil in pan, (preferably a wok) & heat to 375 F for deep frying. Deep-fry one puff & adjust heat downwards if necessary. Fry the rest of the puffs until delicately brown, less than 2 minutes. Serve hot. Makes 40-50 Email this Recipe:
