Recipe for Crab with Curried Almond Rice

Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
6 tbl Butter
2 med Tomatoes, peeled and chopd
1 x Clove garlic, chopped
4 dsh Tabasco sauce, (or more to taste)
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Paprika
6 tbl Flour
3 cup Milk
2 can Or frozen pkgs. crab meat or imitation crab
1 cup Blanched almonds
1 tsp Curry powder
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt 6 T. margarine in saucepan. Add tomatoes, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and seasonings. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add flour and stir until well blended. Add milk and simmer until thick, stirring constantly. Add crabmeat. Simmer for 10 mins. Meanwhile melt 2 T. butter in another saucepan. Add almonds and curry powder. Saute. Stir and toss with rice. Serve sauce and crab over rice.

NOTES : A very good company dish.
