Instructions: Add flour and half and half, stirring constantly, cooking until thick.
Add a little of the hot mixture to the egg yolk; then stir back into the mixture in the saucepan. When quick thick, add crabmeat, sour cream and cheese. Season to taste and heat to serving temperature. Spoon over crepes and roll up. Top rolled crepes with hollandaise sauce, if desired. Email this Recipe:
