Instructions: In medium bowl, combine onion, mayonnaise, chili sauce, parsley, relish, sherry, mustard and salt. Gently fold in crab meat. Place 1/3 cup filling in center of each lettuce leaf. Evenly divide pepper strips among crab.
Starting at root end, roll leaf around crab meat. Halfway through, fold sides over and continue rolling into an egg-roll shape. Tie each roll with a chive. Chill until ready to serve. Email this Recipe:
