Instructions: Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok, add the crushed garlic, stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add tomatoes and lemon rind to the pan and cook for a further 3-4 minutes. Add the crabsticks and heat through. Toss in the linguine, parsley and seasoning. Spoon into a heated serving dish.
