Instructions: Mix dry ingredients (except yeast). Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add dry mixture; mix well. Roll into 1/2 inch thickness on ungreased sheet. Cut into squares, brush with milk. Bake 45 minutes at 300 degrees; then turn off oven and leave in overnight to harden. Whole wheat and/or white flour may be substituted for grainier flour if you wish.
