Instructions: In large skillet, over medium heat, cook and stir red pepper, onion, zucchini and oregano in margarine until tender. In lightly greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan, layer half each of the crackers, vegetable mixture and cheese. Repeat layers, ending with cheese.
In bowl, beat milk and egg product; evenly pour over cheese layer. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Email this Recipe:
