Instructions: Heat oven to 350F. Melt margarine in rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inches, in oven.
Stir Bisquick, sugar and milk until smooth. Pour batter evenly into pan. Mix cranberry sauce and applesauce; spoon evenly over batter. Place apple slices on sauce. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with Sweetened Whipped Cream. 8 to 10 servings. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Heat oven to 375F. Bake 55 to 60 minutes. Sweetened Whipped Cream Directions: To make 1 1/2 cups of Sweetened Whipped Cream, beat 3/4 cup heavy whipping (heavy) cream and 2 tablespoons granulated or powdered sugar in chilled small bowl with electric mixer on high speed until stiff.
