Instructions: Cut shortening into dry ingredients until the largest particles are the size of peas - no smaller. Make a well in the center.
Add liquids to the dry mixture. Knead 10-15 times. Roll out 1/2" thick on floured surface. Cut with 2" cutter. Bake at 425F., 15-20 minutes. Makes 2 dozen biscuits. Email this Recipe:
