Instructions: 1. Wash the cranberries well in hot water and remove any stems.
2. Put in a pot with vinegar and water, bring to a boil, cook over medium heat for a few minutes. 3. Allow to cool to the point where you can put a finger into mix then pour into a blender, and blend at medium speed untill smooth. 4. Add the reminding ingridients to the blender, one at a time, blending at the lowest speed your machine will allow. Blend untill very smooth. 5. Pour the mixture back into the pot and simmer, gently for 5 minutes, stirring once or twice. 6. Store in the refridgerator in glass jars. Email this Recipe:
