Instructions: In a large-size sauce pan combine sugar, marshmallow creme, evaporated milk and butter. Place over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips, until melted. Add vanilla, walnuts and cranberries. Pour into a greased 8-inch square baking pan. Cool. Cut into 1 inch squares
