Instructions: Combine tapioca, sugar, salt, cranberry juice, and water in saucepan. Mix well. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Cool, stirring once after 20 minutes. Cover and chill thoroughly. Serve in cream soup cups or glass dessert dishes. Top each serving with spoonful of whipped cream.
