Instructions: Remove and discard skin from ham. Score fat on ham in a diamond design, and stud with whole cloves. Place ham, fat side up, on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
Combine cranberry sauce and next 6 ingredients. Baste ham with 1/4 cup mixture. Bake, covered, at 325 for 1 hour. Uncover and baste ham. Bake, uncovered, 1 more hour or until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest portion registers 140 , basting every 15 minutes. Garnish, if desired. Makes 10 to 14 servings. Email this Recipe:
