1/2 cup cranberry juice cocktail
2 tbl balsamic vinegar
1 tbl honey
1 tbl Dijon mustard
2 tsp minced fresh thyme
2 tsp walnut oil
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a small jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously. Chill thoroughly. Serve with salad greens.
