Instructions: Cut orange (with peel on) into 16 chunks and discard any seeds. Working in batches, combine orange chunks, cranberries, sugar and ginger in food processor.
Pulse to chop finely, stopping once or twice to scrape down sides of bowl. Refrigerate, covered, at least 24 hours. Bring to room temperature and stir well before serving. Note: Relish can be prepared up to 3 days ahead. Email this Recipe:
