6 tsp	frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed, divided use
1 bot	de-alcoholized sparkling wine

12 whl	fresh cranberries
6 x	orange slices, folded in half

Instructions:

Instructions: Place 1 tablespoon cranberry concentrate and 1 teaspoon frozen orange juice concentrate into each of 6 champagne flutes. Top with sparkling wine. Gently stir.

Thread 1 cranberry, 1 orange slice and then another cranberry onto each skewer. Place skewers atop glasses.
