Instructions: Place the cranberries, water and sugar in a saucepan and cook until cranberries are tender; about ten minutes. Drain off excess juice
Combine the drained berries, sausage, drippings and remaining ingredients. Use to stuff turkey or capons. Or place the stuffing in a casserole and bake one hour in a preheated 325 degree oven.
