3 cup fresh cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup port wine
1/4 cup water
Instructions:
Instructions: Wash berries and drain. Combine berries, sugar, & wine in a large saucepan; bring to boil and cook 5-7 minutes or until cranberry skins pop.

Combine water & cornstarch; stir into cranberry mixture. Bring to a boil; cook 1 minute, stirring often. Serve warm over meat.

Deb Says: Heres one of our familys favorite way to accompany turkey (or pork or ham). (Cant remember who gave me this recipe but I always give thanks that Ive got it.)
