Instructions: Wash and pick over cranberries; discard overripe berries. Wash orange, cut into small chunks, and discard seeds and center core.
Put both fruits through a food grinder using coarse blade or chop in a food processor. Add sweetener; mix well. Chill in a covered container. Serve with hot or cold sliced baked poultry or ham. To freeze this relish, omit sweetener and add it at time of serving. This recipe yields 1 1/2 cups for 8 servings. Serving size: 3 tablespoons. This recipe is excellent. Email this Recipe:
