Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 lb crawfish cooked & cleaned
8 oz Canadian bacon cubed small
1/2 lb okra
1 med onion
1 x 14.5 oz whole tomatoes canned
8 oz frozen corn
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 cup fat free half and Half
2 cup water
salt to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large skillet, fry salt pork until browned. Add onion, cook until tender, stirring often. Add water, okra, corn, tomatoes, and all seasonings, simmer for 15-20 minutes. Add half & half, and crawdads, simmer for 10 minutes.

NOTES : Original recipe called for bacon instead of Canadian bacon and full fat half and half. Servings werent specified so I guessed at six.
