Amount Ingredient
1 lb peeled crawfish
1 cup chopped green onions
1 cup chopped parsley or watercress
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp red pepper
1/2 cup bread crumbs buttered
3 cup chopped spinach
3/4 cup chopped celery
1 stk butter (or margarine)
1/8 cup Anisette liquer
1/2 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
1/2 tsp oregano leaves
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute crawfish and vegetables in butter 10 minutes. Add cream, herbs and Anisette. Put in shallow casserole and cover with crumbs. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
