2 lb Lean ground beef
2 lb Crawfish tails
1 tsp Garlic, chopped fine
2 tsp Salt
1 tbl Soy sauce
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tsp Dried mint
1 tbl Dried parsley
3 tbl Chili powder
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 cup Dry white wine
1 x Water
1 tsp Lemon or lime juice
1 cup Chopped onions
Instructions:
Instructions: Brown meat in bacon drippings. Combine all other ingredients with meat and bring to a boil. Simmer for a few hours.
