1/2 cup	Celery -- chopped
1/2 cup	Parsley -- chopped
1/2 cup	Green onions -- chopped
1 lb	Peeled crawfish tales
12 oz	Fettucini noodles -- cook
1 cup	Heavy cream or
	Half-and-half
1/4 lb	Margarine
1/2 tsp	Sweet basil
1/4 tsp	Thyme
1/4 tsp	Oregano
1/4 tsp	Cayenne pepper

Instructions:

Instructions: Saute the onion and celery in margarine until soft. Add remaining ingredients and simmer about 15 minutes. (wrv)
