Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 lb Fresh pasta
4 tsp Butter
3/4 cup Chopped green onions
1/2 tsp Chopped garlic
1 lb Crawfish tails or shrimp, (peeled) or scallops or clams or mussels
1 cup Heavy chipping cream
1/8 cup Sherry, to taste, up to 1/4
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and chill by running under cold water. Add oil to keep separate.

Melt butter in a large skillet and saute onions for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add garlic, Seafood Magic and crawfish. Saute 2 to 4 minutes or until crawfish are almost cooked. Add whipping cream and sherry to taste.

Cook for 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat until sauce thickens. Add pasta to mixture and toss well. Serve immediately.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
