750 gm whole stromming or 1 to 2 packages frozen fillets of stromming
3 tsp salt
1/4 can peeled tomatoes
Instructions:
Instructions: Clean the fish and remove the back bone; rinse well.

Defrost the frozen fish.

Sprinkle with salt and roll up each fillet skinside in.

Put the rolls close to each other in a wide shallow casserole.

Pour in the tomatoes with their liquid.

Sprinkle with dill. Bring to a simmer and cook covered over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes.

Chill well before serving.
