Instructions: Clean the fish and remove the back bone; rinse well.
Defrost the frozen fish. Sprinkle with salt and roll up each fillet skinside in. Put the rolls close to each other in a wide shallow casserole. Pour in the tomatoes with their liquid. Sprinkle with dill. Bring to a simmer and cook covered over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes. Chill well before serving. Email this Recipe:
