2 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 tbl Baking Powder
1 tsp Sugar
3/4 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Heavy Cream
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 450F degrees. Grease a baking sheet.

Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a medium-size bowl.

Stir in cream until mixture forms a ball. Do not overmix.

Turn dough onto a floured surface. Knead four times. Pat out to 3/4-inch thickness. Cut into rounds with floured 2 1/2-inch cutter. Place biscuits on baking sheet. Pat out scraps once. Cut out more rounds. Brush tops with melted butter.

Bake at 450F degrees for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
