Bottom Layer: ----------------
1 pkt yellow cake mix (full size)
1/2 cup margarine (1 stick)
1 x egg
----------------- Topping: ----------------
2 x eggs
1 lb confectioners sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Beat cake mix, margarine and 1 egg until smooth and well blended. Pat into
greased 9x13" pan.

Beat together topping ingredients and pour over bottom layer. Bake at 350
F. for 40-45 minutes.

Allow to sit, several hours or overnight, for easier cutting.

Cut into bars.

NOTES : This is not for those on a low-fat diet, but delicious!!
