Instructions: Peel, dice and boil potatoes until tender. Drain well. Mash potatoes with remaining ingredients and season to taste with salt an pepper. Turn into a greased 2-2 1/2 quart baking dish. Dot with additional butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
NOTES : Cindy Says: Actually these are good any time of year, and best of all they can be made ahead and refrigerated! For Thanksgiving I usually make them on Tuesday evening and they are ready to pop into the oven as soon as the turkey comes out. The flavor and texture are wonderful! Email this Recipe:
