2 pkt	cream cheese (8-ounce) softened
1 can	crushed pineapple (8 1/2 ounce)
	drained
1/4 cup	finely chopped green pepper
2 tbl	finely chopped onion
1 tsp	salt

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix cream cheese, pineapple, pepper, onion, salt and half the pecans. Form into a log. Roll in remaining nuts. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with unsalted crackers.

(Makes 25-30 servings)
