Instructions: Let cream cheese sit at room temperature until soft. Grate Cheddar cheese. Mix cheeses, olives, jalapenos and hot sauce well and spread lightly on tortilla, covering the entire tortilla. Roll up tightly until the tortilla looks like a tube, and repeat the process with each tortilla. Refrigerate tortilla rolls for at least one hour. Take out and cut into 1-inch pinwheels.
