Instructions: Buy some button mushrooms, remove stem, wash, dry. Take some cream cheese and mix it with some Bacos or crumbled-up bacon. Stuff this in the place where the stem was to heaping. Put them on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees about 5 to 8 minutes. Remove and eat. These are simply delicious!

I use Bacos and non-fat cream cheese. I dont buy the whipped because the non-fat is really gritty.
