1/3 cup	Fine chopped hot pepper
	Rings
1 tbl	Liquid from hot pepper
	Rings
2 tbl	Fine chopped onion
2 tbl	Apple jelly or sweet
	Orange marmalade
2 tbl	Fine chopped celery
2 tbl	Fine chopped sweet red
	Pepper
	Hot pepper rings for

Instructions:

Instructions: In medium bowl, stir cream cheese until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; refrigerate until serving time, at least 2 hours.

Garnish with red pepper rings. Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers for dipping.
