Instructions: Peel dhe garlic.
For a sweeter Ravour cut each clove of garlic in half and remove the centre stalk then blanch. Melt dhe butter in a smaD saucepan add the garlic cover and cook slowly until tender. Add dhe cream salt and pepper and reduce. Liquidize and pass through a fine sieve. This sauce will keep for several days in the refrigerator. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
