Instructions: Coffee cream you will need about 1/2 quart (add 1 cup at a time until you get the right consistency) I use a bit more coffee cream than the 1/2 quart.

Puree 1 package of the strawberries in a processor.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until creamy and foamy. Serve ice cold.

Garnish with fresh, sliced strawberries if desired. Fresh mint sprigs are also a pretty garnish.
