Recipe for Creamed Ham in Snappy Cheese Ring

Amount	Ingredient
6 x	eggs slightly beaten
3 cup	milk
1/2 x	soft bread crumbs
2 cup	grated American cheese
	Salt to taste
	Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
1 dsh	cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp	dry mustard
1 tsp	minced onion
1/2 tsp	Worchestershire
2 dsh	Tobasco sauce
2 tbl	melted margarine
2 tbl	melted margarine
2 cup	cubed cooked ham

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix ingredients in order except ham and white sauce. Place in greased ring mold. Place mold in shallow pan of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.

When almost done, combine and heat ham and white sauce. Unmold and serve with creamed ham in center.

This recipe yields 10 to 12 servings.
