Recipe for Creamed Onions and Celery

4 tbl	Butter
2 cup	Sliced celery
1 can	Cream of celery soup
1/4 cup	Milk
1 tbl	Dry sherry
1/4 tsp	Paprika
2 jar	boiled white onions, (16 oz.) drained

Instructions:

Instructions: In 2 tablespoons butter, saute celery 3 minutes. In bowl, combine soup, milk, paprika and sherry. Add celery and onions. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Melt other 2 tablespoons butter and stir into pretzels. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
