Ingredients:

1 x bun spinach
60 gm butter
1 x onions, medium
1 clv garlic
1 tbl pinenuts
salt, pepper
1/10 tsp nutmeg, ground
Instructions:
Instructions: Wash spinach well. Remove the white stems.

Put spinach in pan with approx. 1/4 cup hot water, cover and cook until wilted, about 3 minutes, toss with tongs while cooking.

Drain and press out moisture.

Heat butter in pan, add peeled and diced onion, crushed garlic; cook until onion is tender.

Add spinach, salt, pepper, nutmeg and toasted pinenuts. Stir until spinach is heated through.

Add sour cream and cook for a further 3 minutes.

Serve with grilled chicken, lamb or fish.
