Instructions: Cook spinach as directed; drain and squeeze all liquid out through a colander. Mix softened cream cheese with sour cream, salt, pepper and onion powder. Fold in the spinach. Either cut the artichokes or leave whole, and place in the bottom of a buttered casserole. Top with spinach mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle top with almonds.
