Instructions: Drain and rinse oranges and pat dry with a paper towel. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into serving dish and eat with a spoon.
Another snack: add about 1/4 cup frozen raspberries and juice that have been thawed and brown sugar to taste to a cup of fat free plain yogurt. If you want to add more berries thats up to you. Brown sugar is better than white sugar and it is very sweet. Email this Recipe:
