Instructions: 1. Drain the oil from the artichokes and reserve.
2. Roughly chop the artichokes. 3. Heat the reserved artichoke liquid and the butter in a frying pan. 4. Add the onions and cook for about 5 minutes until softened. 5. Add the chopped artichokes and heat through for about 3 minutes. 6. Reduce the heat and stir in the remaining ingredients, mixing well. 7. Remove the pan from the heat. 8. Toss the sauce with freshly cooked pasta and garnish with chives. NOTES : Artichokes combine beautifully with soured cream. This is perfect served with garlic and herb tagliatelle. Email this Recipe:
